Risk Assessment of Locations

The three images above are forms for Hazard and Evaluation, for our film trailer. We have to sonsider the risks which might happen whilst we are filming our trailer, this is for the safety for our actors. We have taken into a lot of consideration of things which may be potential hazards or risks for when we are filming. The locations which we have decided to film in for our film trailer are Annabel's kitchen, bedroom, outside of her house on the front, the hall and in the living room. The locations which we plan to film our trailer have six health and safety issues, which contain:
  • costumes/ make-up
  • food hygiene
  • fire
  • road
  • tripping & falling
  • vehicles
Ways of which we are going to avoid any dangerous hazards or risks, are by making sure the actor isn't allergic to the food which we will provide for them, but also that they don't end up choking on the food they are eating, also the same for the make-up, we don't want them to have any allergic reactions to them. Most importantly making sure they are looking for cars coming when they are filming outside the house, we need it  to be safe as possible.
