Constructing and The Final Inter-titles

The images above are of inter-titles we would like to put into our film trailer, I started to make these on photoshop, we really wanted to see if we could make it as though it was coming towards the screen, unfortunately we could seem to figure that out so instead we learnt how to do it properly on actual Final Cut Express, where we made our trailer, we used different effects to make them shake and move.  We were going to try and create them on photoshop by going from a blck screen, quickly to a large font, and then I made another one where I put an outer glow around the font, to make it look as though it is glowing, but when we tried this in final cut it didn't seem to work, it wasn't fast enough and you could hardly tell there was an outer glow.

The above two shots were our attempts of us making our inter titles on I-movie, we thought if we made the whole trailer on Final Cut Express, we would then import it onto i-movie which is where we would then create the inter titles, we seemed to struggle with the fonts fitting on the screen.

The two images above are of the inter titles, which we made on final cut, we had a black screen, with a white font and then we changed the effects to earthquake, so it shakes, we then also added a glow to the font, so it looked like it was mving towards the screen. I am so pleased with how the final inter-titles turned out they look so professional, especially since when we first starting to make them, it was just on photoshop, so they didn't look very professional or looked as if they were actual inter titles for a film trailer.
